# Companies and contacts

> Review fit scores, load saved company results, and reveal a decision maker's work email.

Scouty searches for companies that match the selected campaign, then rates each result against the campaign criteria.

## Review company leads

The table includes company identity, description, location, size, and a fit assessment. A fit score summarizes why the company may match your campaign. Read the explanation beside the score before choosing a company because some profiles may have limited information.

You can:

* select a company to continue;
* hide a poor result and select **Undo** immediately if it was a mistake;
* use **Show weak fits** when you want to inspect companies filtered from the default view;
* select **Show more companies** to reveal more saved rows or load the next available page.

### Saved company results

Scouty saves company results automatically as you load them. Reload the page or return to the campaign to continue with the same list.

Select **Show more companies** to reveal more saved results or find the next group. You can load up to three groups for one campaign.

The data timestamp shows when the results were found. If Scouty displays an older saved result, review the date before contacting the company.

## Find decision makers

After choosing a company, Scouty searches for people in this order:

1. roles that match the campaign's selected buyer titles;
2. related roles when an exact title is unavailable;
3. other senior people when a likely buyer cannot be found.

Related or fallback contacts are labeled so you can judge whether they are appropriate.

## Reveal a work email

Select **Add** for each person you want to contact. This reveals the person's work email and uses one search credit unless the address was already revealed.

An address must be verified before Scouty can send to it. If an address cannot be verified, Scouty keeps any generated email as a draft and does not send it. Choose another decision maker when the person has left the company, no reachable address exists, or the reveal fails.

Use the remove control to mark an unsuitable person as not a fit. Select **Undo** to restore the most recently removed result.
