Choose a sending address
In Write emails, enter the address name and Sender name. Scouty shows the full hosted address before you confirm it. Choose a name that represents your company because the address is reused for its mailbox. You can also use a company-owned address after setting up a Custom domain. One custom domain is shared across the account and all projects.Review the draft
The editor shows From, To, verification state, Subject, and Message. Check every factual claim, recipient detail, link, and call to action. To edit directly:- Change the subject or message.
- Select Save changes.
- Use Discard if you want to restore the last saved version.
Add a booking link
A Booking link is an optional secure scheduling page for one project, such as a Google Appointment Schedule or Calendly page.1
Open Booking link
Select Booking link in the draft editor or project menu.
2
Save a scheduling URL
Enter the full scheduling link beginning with
https://, then select Save booking link.3
Generate or rewrite an opening email
Scouty adds a short invitation using the configured URL before the signature. The configured URL is inserted exactly once.
4
Review the result
You can edit or remove the invitation from the draft. Scouty does not insert it again when you send.
A Booking link lets the recipient choose a time on an external scheduling page. It is different from the Google Meet join link created when Scouty books a Calendar event.
Send the email
The contact must have a verified address. Save all edits and finish any follow-up changes before sending. Select Send email, review the recipient and subject, then select Send now. The message cannot be edited or recalled after it is submitted. While Scouty is sending or checking the result, wait for the status to update instead of sending the same message again.Understand send status
After a confirmed send, Scouty opens Book meetings automatically for a newly completed flow. If you later return to Send emails from the stepper, use Next step: 8 to continue.
Manage conversations
Track replies, delivery, manual responses, and project activity.
