A campaign describes one audience and the reason that audience may need what you sell. Scouty suggests campaigns from your company and competitor research.

Choose a campaign

Each campaign card shows an audience, outcome, pain point, and selection criteria. Choose the one closest to the conversation you want to start. Under Who we’ll search for, review:
  • industries;
  • company sizes;
  • locations;
  • job titles or seniority used later to find decision makers.
Campaign suggestions use the content language in your company profile.

Edit targeting

Use the campaign editor when an audience is too broad, too narrow, or aimed at the wrong buyer. Keep locations consistent with the market the company actually serves. After changing targeting, review the match count and company results again so they reflect the audience you now want to reach.

Check matches

1

Review the filters

Confirm the industries, locations, sizes, and roles under Who we’ll search for.
2

Run the preview

Select Check matches. Scouty displays the matching company count and may show examples.
3

Respond to the result

If nothing matches, add an industry or location, or allow more company sizes. If the search is very broad, narrow the industries or locations so better fits are easier to find.
4

Continue

Select Use this campaign when the preview represents the audience you want.
If you edit targeting after a preview, the old count is crossed out and Scouty asks you to Check again. Run the check before continuing.

Search limit message

If you see “You’ve reached today’s search limit,” Scouty’s current search allowance has been used. You can continue reviewing results that are already saved, but a new search must wait for the reset. Search allowance resets at 00:00 UTC. Convert midnight UTC to your local time and account for daylight-saving changes where applicable. For example, in Vietnam it resets at 07:00 because Vietnam is UTC+7.
