Auto GTM finds prospects and prepares email for a saved campaign. You can choose draft-only preparation or explicitly authorize automatic sending.
Choose a campaign
- Open your site’s Auto GTM link in the Dashboard sidebar.
- Select a saved Campaign. If none is available, use Open campaigns to save a campaign and confirm its targeting first.
- Review the campaign’s settings and activity.
Settings apply to the selected campaign. Having several campaigns in a site does not automatically enable all of them. Select and configure each campaign you want to run.
Enable automation
- Start with Prepare drafts to review generated emails yourself, or choose Send automatically.
- Set Company lookups / day, Contact reveals / day, and New emails / day. These are your configured limits; account usage limits still apply.
- Choose Timezone, Send on these days, Send from hour (0–23), and Send until hour (1–24). Select at least one sending day. Idle retry (minutes) controls how often idle work is revisited.
- For automatic sending, review and select I authorize Scouty to send emails from this campaign automatically and the remaining confirmation text.
- Select Save and enable automation.
Changing modes clears the sending confirmation. After a successful save, the confirmation checkbox clears; review the current saved mode and status rather than interpreting that checkbox as the automation status.
Automatic sending is a separate authorization. Review targeting, sender settings, limits, and schedule before enabling it. Draft-only mode prepares messages for your review.
Monitor, pause, and resume
Read the availability message and recorded activity on the page. Saving settings does not guarantee work is currently running. Automation can continue when you close the browser, provided the service is available.
Select Pause to stop new work for the campaign. An action already underway may still finish. Use Resume when ready, and review the settings and status. Quota limits and errors can delay progress; use the displayed reason to decide what to do next.
Archived sites are read-only. Restoring a site does not automatically re-enable automation. Review and enable the relevant campaign deliberately.
Auto GTM is separate from Auto follow-up, which requires an approved sequence, and Calendar booking. Review generated drafts and conversations on the project Dashboard.
